My experience is very broad and adaptable and covers all kind of roles and responsibilities; at the present time I'm a Lead Project Engineering Manager for a company which main focus is Transportation Technologies (Commercial Railroads, Trains and Automotive). My previous position was at a Consumer Electronics Company called Niles Audio in Miami Florida (USA) where I was a Lead Project Engineer, Systems Architect and Engineering Manager implementing technology for consumer electronics products. After leaving Intel Corporation in 1999, I worked for a Start up Telecom Company called Tantivy Communications at Melbourne, Florida (I-CDMA Wireless Internet) enterprise; I was an Electrical Project Lead Engineer responsible for the development of Network based electrical Controls, Environmental, Power distribution and Alarm reporting systems for a BTS system. At Intel Corporation, working for the Microprocessor Product Group in Hillsboro, Oregon, I was a Senior Engineer TME (Senior Technical Marketing Engineer). I worked directly with OEM’s R&D (Such as the DELL Server Group) Teams and Intel’s microprocessor and PCI R&D groups during architecture and development of server platforms, I also participated on developing Validation and Reference Platform designs based on Intel processors and Chipsets. Previously For IBM Corporation (As a Consultant), I was a Senior Electrical Engineer Member of the design and development team for the Atomic Force Microscope and other Nano-Technology related State of the art Inspection tools. In addition, I participated in the implementation, development, and deployment of a mobile (automotive) computer system (IBM-7632-33 or OBC - Road Rider). During 1985 to 1992 I held Field Application Engineering Positions with Texas Instruments Mainframe Resellers covering South America and Miami, Florida. USA I’m a Citizen of the United States, Bilingual (English–Spanish) and I’m able to communicate in basic Russian. My wife is a citizen of Russia and we are considering relocating there.
