Analyst (project management including recruitment projects)
- Managing donor-funded consulting projects at EBRD Advice for Small Businesses Team (non-commercial programme supporting small businesses in countries of operation);
-Hiring high-caliber international professionals (mainly SEOs) across the globe for EBRD sector-focussed projects: researches, sourcing, referrals, outreach campaigns, interviewing the candidates, selection, filling in candidates' profiles in the EBRD system. Relevant communications with London team directly;
- Drafting analytical papers on the EBRD talent acquisition tactics and new opportunities and approaches together with London team;
- Developing international experts recruitment tactics for new sector-focussed projects;
- Connecting businesses with local consultants and international experts for efficient projects in a range of areas of expertise, explaining and facilitating the process, sharing the cost with the client. Transition impact evaluation;
- Clients search, working with clients on a day-to-day basis to identify their business needs and areas for business advice, developing the scope of advisory projects and identifying suitable consultants/experts for the assignments, developing terms of reference, coordinating efforts and activities of parties;
- Implementing marketing and visibility activities, delivering presentations, dealing with stakeholders and mass media in order to raise awareness about the Programme (articles in news-papers etc.);
- Analyzing local economic developments and trends, including those in SMEs sector, implementing researches, writing reports and analytical papers, translations;
- Leading special initiatives for EBRD HQ in London.

- Excellent results in recruitment projects highly appraised by London team;
- One of the best results in the team in terms of the number of projects launched vs their quality (yearly);
