With the State of Monaco as its main shareholder, the Monte-Carlo SBM manages holdings in the area, which activities touch upon a variety of areas related to tourism, leisure, business, casinos, gastronomy, well-being, culture and sports.
The goal of the project was to develop the new strategy to attract MICE tourism from BRIC countries. I have successfully developed the new strategy for Russia and India; with the use of Ansoff matrix and SWOT analysis I have evaluated when MICE are welcome and suggested list of recommendations, which were successfully implemented after.
• Fairmont Monte-Carlo – Repositioning the hotel to achieve resort feeling during the summer
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is a Canadian leading luxury hotel brand in
the global market, operating luxury hotels and resorts. Globally, the goal was to make Fairmont itself the destination, not Monaco. I have presented benchmarking of the hotel toward other hotels and hotel groups in Cote d’Azur and internationally. Using best practices of innovation management, I have identified the innovation potential of Fairmont Monte-Carlo. Combining target groups, changes required, financial model and relevant marketing strategy, The summary of suggestions was marked by General Manager Louis Starck as the most relevant, practical and effective for the hotel.
• Sotheby's Real Estate (France, Monaco) – Increasing the awareness of Sotheby's Real Estate (France and Monaco) in BRIC countries (mainly Russia)
Sotheby's International Realty France - Monaco is the leading network of luxury real estate brokerages and property agentsspecialized on French luxury real estate and luxury homes in the high-end real estate markets of France and Monaco.
To achieve the project goal and to attract clients from BRIC countries, I have analized the real estate market in France, Sotheby`s position in it and presented benchmarking towards competitors. Afterwards, I have presented the analysis of BRIC real estate markets, with the latest trends and patterns. Combining my expertise in Russian market, knowledge of Russian client, I have made new marketing strategy and clear recommendations for Sotheby’s Real Estate to increase its awareness in Russia
