Implementation of the bank functions as a currency control agent for operations of residents and non-residents in foreign currency & the currency of the Russian Federation: - Reception and checking of currency control documents, documents on currency exchange and funds transfer transactions; - Reviewing the clients’ foreign trade contracts, giving recommendations for drawing them up; - Admission of documents for registration of transaction certificate, reissuance & closing of transaction certificate; - Forming and profiling of a dossier on the transaction certificate and on contracts without transaction certificate; - Issuing and acception of currency operations statements, statements of supporting documents; - Identification of violations of currency legislation, work with clients to prevent violations; - Control of currency operations of clients in order to prevent legitimization of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism; - Maintain correspondence with customs, tax authorities.

Job description of the Sector: - Monitoring, analysis and optimization of the cost of materials and equipment for capital construction supplied by contractor; - Forming and updating of materials price database; - Providing the initial data on the cost of materials and equipment for the preparation of construction & estimate documents; - Control the cost of materials and equipment in the estimate documentation for construction projects during the design and implementation of the project; - Adjustment of the cost of materials and equipment for capital construction supplied by contractor at the stage of acceptance of work performed. Achievements: - Arranging the work of the sector from scratch (assisted by curators of the corresponding branch in the Managing company), as these functions were new for the refinery and were introduced by the Managing company; - Formation and maintenance of database showing the results of monitoring prices for materials and equipment.

Khabarovsk Refinery Hydroprocessing Project, Main Contractor Technicas Reunidas S.A. (Spain): Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract (EPC Contract) - Customs clearance of equipment and materials supplied for the Hydroprocessing Project (import) including clearance according to FCS classification decisions (unassembled equipment clearance at zero import duty) - Coordination of shipping documents with the supplier in English; - Preparation of documents for customs clearance of goods, - Optimization of customs clearance costs; - Control of the transfer of customs duties, return of sums overcharged, return of advance payments; - Preparation of documents necessary for opening a Client's Warehouse and Temporary Customs Bonded Area on the premises of the Refinery in order to optimize the customs storage costs of huge consignments / oversized equipment; - Control of the Supply contract execution, compliance with the terms of shipment, the contract price; - Business correspondence with the Supplier in English; - Participation in negotiations on critical issues with the Supplier; - Participation in the preparation of amendments to the contract; - Liaison with customs brokers, customs; - Liaison with the carrier. Achievements: - Resolution of non-standard situations with Khabarovsk Customs (clearance according to FCS classification decisions, opening Temporary Customs Bonded Area, correction of declarations and customs value, refund of overpaid customs duties) - Obtaining, implementation and successful closing of 9 FCS classification decisions for 9 processing units shipped unassembled (customs duty 0%) - Development of a consecutive procedure of customs clearance according to FCS classification decisions from the moment of preparing documents for submission to the FCS and up to closing and post-control, providing examples of the documents and regulations - Closing the Supply contract (a reconciliation of the delivered equipment and materials, of contract payments with the supplier), closing the transaction certificate
