I am an IT project manager with experience working remotely in distributed teams. I am ready to accept the full responsibility of success of the project delivery from the stage of technical presale to delivery acceptance. I wood like to join to professional, internationally distributed engineering and product team (a remote full-time position). As a project manager, I see my area of responsibility: 1. Clarification of project stakeholders, maintaining the relevance of the file with the full name, roles in the project, contacts, and work schedule. 2. Deep immersion in the project context: search for information in English, to keep up with the latest news and new technologies that relate to the project context. 3. Understanding project priorities, discussing priorities with stakeholders, and reviewing priorities if necessary. 4. Understanding the project goals, understanding the boundaries of the MVP, agreeing on the results and milestones of the project with the customer. 5. Technical support of the project: understanding of the delivery procedure, discussion of deliveries with the customer 6. Understanding what tools and resources are needed to implement the project. Help the team find these tools and resources, purchase the necessary licenses, etc. 7. Assessment of labor intensity and risks at different stages of the project. 8. Distribution of work in the team, acceptance of tasks, internal review (including code review). 9. Monitoring of difficulties and conflicts in the team, timely resolution of conflicts. 10. Search for people in the team, if necessary, evaluate the effectiveness of project participants, inspire developers. 11. Help the team with solving any organizational problems. 12. Informing the customer about the progress of work, risks, the status of implementation of plans, weekly demonstration of the results of the project. 13. Monitoring of technical debt, development of a plan to reduce it. 14. Reports on the execution of work on the project, coordination of the form and frequency of reports with the customer. I appreciate the feeling of inner freedom, I like to travel and work from different cities. I like to plan my work and the work of the team, be inspired by the results and content of the work, and constantly learn new things. Furthermore, I am passionate about my profession, I want to develop my skills in the international market. Now I'm interested in data science and machine learning, and it's great if future projects are related to these areas. I like to read professional literature, and I am happy to discuss what I read with my colleagues. I play chess. Likewise, I solve Olympiad problems. I dream of traveling around the world on a sailboat. The main motivation for me is the content of the work and the desire to feel satisfied with the results of my work.
