Market analysis: I’m responsible for preparing regular telecommunication market reports which include current market shares and forecasts for the next periods. These results are used for positioning our company in the regional telecom market and preparing short- and long term business plans. Also I’m responsible for monitoring TV services and broadband market Risk management: I’m responsible for assessment companies’ risks from the marketing point of view, developing KPI’s as well as preventive and afteraction plans and also for monitoring KPI’s and plans fulfillment. Project management: I’ve developed a concept of scoring system which aim is to prepare fast managerial decisions regarding marketing activities in proper regional markets and products. Now I’m looking for a possibility to realize this concept.

Strategic Analysis: I initiated and fulfilled the process of external and internal environment analysis, making proposals and ideas for managerial decisions. Strategy development: I developed strategies on introducing technologies (e.g. NGN) and concepts for developing Call-centres, media and so on. Since 2005 every year I regularly developed corporate strategies and plans for the next 5 years. I took part in consultancy projects with Russian and international companies such as Cominfo Consulting, Strategica, Accenture, McKinsey, Roland Berger, Siemens. In 2009 I was involved in joint BT Telconsult – Uralsvyazinform – Topica project on creation the New Service Provider (NSP)

Technical analysis: I analyzed existing networks and developed technical design according to new requirements. Managing projects: I managed a project on creation the first call-centre in Ekaterinburg. At result the call-centre was organized which considerably advanced customer satisfaction and also our company became the first which began to provide outsourcing services in Ekaterinburg. I was involved in the project on developing DECT in Ekaterinburg. I defined the locations for installing base stations.

Organization of works on installation, maintenance and repair of radio-electronic equipment and communication systems: at result, the length and cost of repair and installation were considerably reduced and quality of service was improved. Organization of emergency repair works: quality of service was considerably improved.
