As a Project Manager, I am responsible for the company's internal projects in the Operations/SRE department, aimed at improving processes and increasing stability and security in a true high-load world-distributed enterprise-scale environment.

As a Project Manager, I successfully completed the first stage of developing a new information system as part of a digital business transformation program for the largest gold mining company in Russia.

Currently, I am engaged in the implementation of digital solutions for the mining industry. In a role of Project Manager, I am responsible for а full cycle of implementation process including building the team, arranging procurement and shipment, team placement on-site, arranging delivery services, customer negotiations, upsells, and commissioning. I have successfully completed the implementation of the Zyfra OpenMine solution for the largest mining company in Morocco and am currently working on the very first Zyfra project for the Latin American market, in Peru.

Area of activity - design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web-services, highly load mobile applications, integrated e-Commerce solutions in B2B-sector for clients all over the world (North America, Europe, Africa). In the role of Product Owner, I was responsible for the entire product lifecycle - from the initial estimate and the requirements formation to commercial launch and subsequent improvement. During my time in the company, I was lead three projects, all for US customers. Project's work was carried out in accordance with the Agile principles, using SCRUM methodology. In addition to my projects activities, I was responsible for the overall allocation of human resources for all company's projects.

Area of activity - consultation and participation as an expert analyst in projects of development of web services and complex information portals, mainly in the banking sector and in the field of electronic trading platforms (tenders, competitions, procurement).

In a role of senior/lead systems analyst was part of an interstate huge-scale project creating a completely new information system for Eurasian Economic Commission, a permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union. Was responsible for designing, development and implementing the first working prototype of a new system’s part called “common processes”. Development, production, integration, and maintaining of the complex interstate information systems. Main customer – Eurasian Economic Commission, permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union. Evaluate business processes and high-level corporate requirements, accumulate information from project team members, translate information requirements into logical and practical system designs, coordinate software developers effort within the project, cooperate with users and managers of all levels. Work closely with business analysts, programmers and QA Team, coordinate all works and tasks, most of the time on the customer’s site, with multiple remote development teams. Create and analyze use case/ test case scenarios, manually test the developed software (functional testing, UI level). Planning, design, and improvement DB structure and E-Docs patterns. Create and support project documentation. Work in a dynamic environment and developing flexible solutions to meet evolving requirements, using Agile/SCRUM methodology.

Operational experience in organizing the world's largest multisport events – Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi 2014. Leading a venue IT team, responsible for the full cycle of venue IT activity, including implementation, operations and decommission, training engineers, communications with key clients and stakeholders like Broadcasters, Media, Commentators and sports production. During a Games time, there was no one critical IT incident on the venue. • Produces and be responsible for all IT equipment orders, delivery, and installations; • Produces project plans for implementation activities to be scheduled at the venues; • Coordinate the recovery of equipment at the end of the operational period; • Identify and report to the senior management those problems that are likely to affect the quality of the installation and commissioning and Operations at the facilities; • Manage the deployment of IT equipment (PC, laptops, servers, printers, copiers) at the venue; • Maintain responsibility and accountability for all IT equipment that is deployed at the venue; • Manage the changes related to IT equipment, space, and staff; • Work closely with the IT suppliers, to ensure their commitments for the Operations at his venue are in sync with what is requested; • Deliver the highest level of service to the user within the Service Level; • Arrange and perform the onsite IT training and rehearsal when required; • Effectively supervise other IT staff of the facilities; delegate tasks to staff where appropriate; • Adhere to all IT policies and procedures; • Manages the decommissioning of IT Equipment at the Venue; • Staff directly under – more than 15 during the Games.

Position - Senior System Administrator, Department of Systems and Communications as part of IT Direction. The number of employees - 2500 people. The number of IT Direction employees - 33 people, including the central office - 10. Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Server monitoring and maintenance of the server park. The implementation of new business services, support existing ones. Anti-virus protection in corporate networks. Used technologies - Active Directory 2003/2008, Exchange Server 2007/2010, ISA Server 2004/TMG, Terminal Services 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008 R2, 1C Enterprise 8.2 in a three-tier configuration (application server, database server, terminal server), Kaspersky Anti-Virus Corporate Edition. Organizational achievement: Periodically, acting chief of the system and communications, reporting directly to 3 people (technical support specialists). Technical advances: The number of workstations in the network has grown to 200 pcs., Server park up to 30 pcs. Upgrade Terminal Services to the 2008 version. Development and testing emergency “black-out” scenarios, based on APC hardware and software APC PowerChute. Development and implementing data/configurations backup policies and procedures, both for application servers and DB. Participation in projects: Moving the central office to the new site, implemented as soon as possible, with a minimum time of services unavailability. Designing of new structured cabling network. Consolidation and optimization of servers usage by total-based virtualization, Microsoft technology. Project management: Within the overall reorganization of the corporate network - creating a new domain, the migration of users and workstations. Migration to take place during working hours, without downtime services and disrupting users.
