WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER COLLABORATION MANAGER DO?
Supervision and organization of Order to Cash process by work of Customer Service and Transport in order to reach maximum customer satisfaction within company’s operations guidelines and control delivery of goods from Bacardi’s warehouses to customers premises in order to achive optimal balance of costs and quality of services, Customer Collaboration dialog with customers and industry.

You are interested in development a career in Supply Chain department in an international company. You already have experiences at position customer service manager not less than 2 years. You are proactive, drive for results and inspire others.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Ensure effective management of the entire Order to Cash Process
- Customer unique interface for order follow up, claim management, customer supply chain projects
- Ensures that all customer queries and claims are properly registered, addressed to right people and answered in time
- Implementation of policies defines by Supply Chain and Sales depts in case of out-of-stock risks or obsolescence or customer stock monitoring
- Ensure measurement and improvement of Customer Satisfaction.
- Realization of customer collaboration projects in Supply Chain area with customers & partners in order to improve Advantage rating
- Participation in industrial forums and conferences with purpose of improvement customer relations in Supply Chain
- Anticipation of customer’s future needs (VMI, supply chain cost saving projects, continuous improvement in transportation area)
- Regularly meet with customers and transport companies to review KPIs & Supply chain projects / open questions
- Trade terms policy (discounts, new delivery points) controls & implementation (on Supply Chain aspects) with Sales team
- Manage & develop customer service and transport team
- Document & regularly update Customer Service and Transport operating processes
- Organisation and control of transportation of alcohol products
- Control Customer Service and Transport with appropriate KPI’s, implement and support operational reports
- Initiate and facilitate the implementation of IT improvements necessary for effective customer service or transport processes
- Building partnership relations with transport providers
- Preparation, monitoring and control of fulfilment of transportation budget.
- Ensure audit and SOX controls compliance
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Experiences at position of the similar level not less than 2 years, preferable FMCG
- Expertise at Customer Service, Logistics operations
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of EDI
- Skills and experience in effective team management
- Competencies: Leadership / Ability to build processes / Drive execution and result / Analytical skills / Communication, negotiation skills / Stress resistance / Ability to work in ambiguity
