WHAT DOES A MARKETING MANAGER, MARTINI VERMOUTH DO ?
As Martini vermouth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for development of our Martini vermouth portfolio on the Russian Market. Your team will work to build and execute your plans to create brand value and ultimately impact on the love for the brand amongst our consumers by driving brand desire. You will be part of a strong Russia Leadership Team in order to bring our Martini vermouth portfolio to the next level of success within the market.

You are a team player, skilled in building strong relationships across functions and leadership levels to drive brand agenda and deliver results.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- You will be accountable for delivering performance targets on brand activities driving value creation. You will lead the planning, design and effective execution of brand programs and assets
- Leading a winning team and develop talent
- Lead the development of an integrated activity plan for your Brands in Russia, thereby contributing to the overall Region Brand Plans
- Contribute to the situation assessment for your Brands in the Region, and help define the brand “Jobs to be Done” each year as part of the annual integrated activity planning process
- Manage an A&P budget for your brands
- Ensure all brand activities are measured and evaluated pre- & post-launch to optimise our A&P spend and you will help identify & codify growth drivers for rollout
- Ensure executional excellence on all brand activities you lead and ask the same from your team
- Build deep understanding of the local target consumer and shopper groups for your Brands to inform planning and optimise the deployment of brand assets
- Member of the Russian Leadership Team to drive both brand and organization agenda
- Own Brand P&L
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Proven experienced in Brand Management (Digital, Media, experiential marketing, events)
- Marketing leadership within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders
- Great commercial acumen with strong understanding of channels, price, promotion activities
- Proficiency in English language skills
